If you’re saving the backup file in the default path, select whether you want duplicate items.It’s a good idea to change the name of the file (the last part of the path).Remember the path so you can access it later. Select the address path the backup file is saved in.Click Next when you’re happy with your selection. You can select your email account to export all the folders associated with it, including contacts and calendar data. You’ll then be prompted to select the folders to export.Choose Outlook Data file (.pst) when prompted to select a file type, then click Next.In the Wizard, select the Export to a file option from the list, then click Next.The system will return to your main Outlook screen and pop up the Import/Export Wizard to guide you through the export process.Open Outlook and press on File at the top.
